A cover letter is like a winning letter to attract the potential employers during the job interview. This cover letter will be usually enclosed with a resume, and they are the most essential things to do whenever you are applying for a job. Moreover, a cover letter is not the same like any ordinary formal letter because this is the letter that would promote and market you to the max. Writing the most important information is the key because not everything about us should be acknowledge by the interviewers at the very beginning.

Other than that, as we are writing to attract, thus the writing styles must well suit the nature of the job that we are applying. In example, if I am to apply for a Human Resource Executive position, the cover letter that I am writing must be straightforward and formal without any unnecessary information or lengthy sentences. Furthermore, during this lesson, I also learned about the correct format to write a cover letter since there are too many formats that we can Google from the internet, therefore we will be having a difficult time to choose the best and most appropriate cover letter’s format. In a nutshell, a cover letter is crucial for every job applicants because it shows your passion and your determination to get the job. If you are doing it light-heartedly, then it can be assumed that you are already failing the job interview before you actually sitting for it.
