At the beginning, there are only 50 members of Sweet Life Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd with initial share capital of around RM20,000.00. This corporation is supported by SteviaSugar Corporation Sdn Bhd, Sweet life (M) Sdn Bhd dan Herbalwise Holdings Sdn Bhd. The supports by private company helped this corporation to produce the best products and hence, give profitability to the clients as well.

·       Get your job done and do it full-heartedly
·       You have to like and put in some interest in doing your job so that you are enjoying it and having fun while finishing the tasks given.
·       Be patient when handling the customer and employee behaviors
·       Build good rapport with all staffs and line managers because they will feel comfortable to meet you directly if they have any problems regarding the workplace and the environments. However, do not be too close with them as some of them might want to gain the company’s secrets from you.
·       Make the information or document of the company as private and confidential.
·       Be creative in terms of idea and in organizing events in order to solve problems of the company. As HR, the way you attract the employees is very important because we want the employees to remain loyal to the company especially for those productive and talented employees.

18.  Howdo you get this job?

From Dr Hamdan Abd Kadir. For your information, when I was in SAKURA, my previous workplace, I invited Dr Hamdan to become the motivator in my company. While having this motivation session, he seems to know that I am having problems. Yes, I was actually worried about my mother’s health, and then, he came and promoted me his product in order to cure my mother’s health. Out of the blue, after a few days, Dr Hamdan gave me a call and offered me to work in his company.
