Reflection: interview

In the interview session, I have learned that confidence level is the most important thing in order to make sure that we are able to compete with other candidates. Just tell the interviewer about us confidently without worrying that the others will look down on us. However, we need to avoid not too arrogant while telling about ourselves but not too humble and tell the negative side. This is because we should promote ourselves in the interview session in order to get the job that we want. Just like in the CV and application letter, I learn how to highlight the best about myself to present during the interview session. After 2 times of interview session in class, I already learn the way the interview was conducted event it is not the real interview. The interview that we will participate needs us to be prepared before entering the interview room. Be well prepared before the interview can give a high possibility to be chosen by the interviewer to be part of their organization as a newcomer.
