CAREER PLAN REFLECTION.

NOR AINA NAZIRAH BINTI MOHAMMAD NASIR   (BH100043)



Career planning can define as career planning activities related to the individual, to keep themselves equipped with the appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities reliably in a chosen career field. Individuals should know their personalities and interests to ensure they choose the right career path. My career plan start with HR Assistant manager, second HR Manager, next HR Director, then move up to CEO and the lastly, I want to become a successful business woman in tourism area. When I deliver my career plans, I was not satisfied because time is very short, and my slide is too long also I did not give the introduction and the closing as desired by the lecturer. It makes me a little disappointed. However, it is useful to be used as a guide in the future, so that I can do a better and complete presentation. The best way of learning is through experience.
