On the previous English for career search class, we
were assigned to present on career planning. It is very important because when
we make plans, it will facilitate the career path in the future. Furthermore,
with the career planning, I can be more aware and understand my future job
description that I would apply later. I will also be able to know the
qualifications needed for my job position depending on my career development
phrases. To achieve my career plans that I created, I will be ready from now
and plan my next move to achieve what I planned. Besides that, it is difficult
for me to deliver my presentation in front of many people. So I take this as a challenge
to improve my confidence level. Finally, my advice to everyone is to plan their
career by identifying their personality, weakness and strength because it will
help in achieving career goals.
