Reflection For Career Plan

From topic career plan, I have learn how to develop my career after I have get my degree later. I learn how to develop my career according to my age. So that, I can predict in what age I already achieve my career plan .as addition, by develop career according age, its help me to realize that I need to do my best to get best achievement in all stage in my career plan, so that, I can move faster to other stage for my career

From career plan stage, i get know the starting skills and qualification that need in order to get the job. After that, from the career plan , I have explore about the duties and responsible for every different job that have at my career plan. This help me to understand deeply about what should I do and what will I face after I become like what I plan for my career. Lastly, I also get know what are the representative skills and knowledge for very different career. Addition, I can develop my confident level when speaking in front after I do the presentation about career plan.
