reflection of career planning

Besed on what i had learn about career plan, I know that it is very important to have our own career plan for the future.  It is because when we make plans it will facilitate our career path in the future. Furthermore, with the career planning, I can be more aware and understand my future job description that I would apply later. I will also be able to know the qualifications needed for my job position depending on my career development phrases. To do the presentation I had search more about the career and ask from the professional so that I can really understand my job to be. It actually help me to do preparation before went to the real job after graduate. Actually it is difficult for me to deliver the presentation in front of many people. So I take this as a challenge to improve my confidence level. Finally, my advice to everyone is to plan their career effectively and do more study and need to fully understand the job before we meet the job. “choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”
