Career Plan? Is that important? At the beginning, I thought career plan, is one of the topic that we must learn in career research. But, after Sir Ghazali explained and asked us to do our career plan. Now, I knew that career plan is important, and actually it is very important especially to student like us. Because, honestly I say that I don’t have any idea on what I want to be in future. It’s like just follow the flow.
But, after I got the assignment from Sir Ghazali, I know that I must find one job that suitable with my personality. And, finally I found that I want to be a Police. So, I must know the police job description and the stages. I will start with police inspector and if there have luck, I will establish my own business. Career plan as guidance to me, based on my strength and weakness, I can make a preparation on what I want to be and achieve long term career goal in future.
