HISTORY OF JOHOR LAND BERHAD:

Johor Land Berhad (JLand), a member of Johor Corporation Group of Companies, has more than 3,000 acres of development land strategically located in Pasir Gudang, Ulu Tiram, Senai, Tampoi and Johor Bahru which will sustain the Group’s property development activities at least for the next 20 years.

JLand’s long term commitment to sustainable development and its ability to respond to the needs of the local market has made JLand a dominant property developer in Johor. WORKING ENVIRONMENT     :

 Johor Land Berhad build a good environment with teamwork between every each department.  
At the same time, execute a “Thumbprint” for every employees must be punctual
 in order to attend at work also
 if have employees comes late more than 3 times, they will be give a memo as a punishment

   :The corporate culture for this company, there are have five principles practiced
 in the company of Accountability, Cooperation, Discipline, Commitment and Law Abiding

TRAVELING FREQUENCY      

  Frequency of travel is less because the company has its own training center. 
 Often, he would work outside when the training is done outside the organization 
for example, then he will also participate as well. 
Furthermore, when going courses outside, he also will travel.
 But the ratio of the travel is low. 
Additionally, the company also provides a number of awards 
whose winners will get a holiday package to Overseas.

TRAINING UNDERGONE        

  There is plenty of training he had to go all the serving. Between training that was
 with the Protocol & Social etiquette, HR  Specialists Certification 
Level 1 to 3, Project Management and Leadership 7 Style

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES            :
  
1.    Perform all work in accordance with the Quality Objectives and KPI's Department / Division agreed.

2Appointment & Orientation
a.       Implement plans in accordance with the appointment of the Company's goals and objectives
b.       Finding, evaluating and short list candidates and ensure that they meet the needs of departments and positions
c.       Preparing and reviewing offer letters to successful candidates
d.       Provide and ensure new employees briefed on the activities of the Company and the procedures to be followed at all times.
e.       Ensure placement and exchange instruction staff to proceed as directed.
f.         Handle the transfer process, confirmation and hike employees.
g.       Ensure that the task list is provided reflect the actual job requirements of employees and updated when necessary (new employees, transfers and promotions).

3.  Training & Development
a.        Ensure the implementation of Training Needs Analysis and preparation of Annual Training Plan
b.       Extend and get feedback from the Head of Department on appropriate training programs to employees.
c.        Identify and recommend to the Head of Department for employees who need both external and internal training based on the feedback the Head of Department, feedback and performance assessment requirements of the current work.
d.       Ensure the implementation and coordination of the training program as approved at the meeting to make sure Nomination Teraju, registration of candidates and internal programs, and the provision of related equipment.
e.        Prepare and ensure staff training performance reports for each quarter of the year is always updated to be sent to the Corporation
f.         Planning and implementing internal and external examination session as confirmation requirements of new employees.
g.       Ensuring Analysis Program Evaluation and Analysis of Program Effectiveness in place to ensure that the training provided to achieve the objectives set.

4.  Organizational Development
a.        Making paper proposals for policy improvements or existing company rules
b.       Updating the Employee Handbook from time to time taking into account the changes to the policies and regulations of the Company
c.        Ensure the implementation of changes and improvements policy or rule which was approved at the Company implemented

5.  Employees Holidays
a.        Monitor use Break System Online (E-Leave)
b.       Ensure that the problems associated with the use of Online Leave System and completed action
c.        Ensure that the system can be used and meet the needs of employees

6.  CSR Activities
a.        Review of the proposed candidates should be sent to pursue CSR activities are organized such as Pearl, Brigade validity, Rose and others based on the total points accumulated for each year.
b.       Prepare and ensure membership contributions for charitable business organization is renewed and paid as determined as contribution Pearl, Rose and An-Nur Waqf

7.  Performance Evaluation

a.        Ensure the end of the performance form distributed to the employees at the specified time.
b.       Follow up submission has fulfilled the content.
c.        Enter data in the assessment report and updating the performance data

8.  Other tasks
a.        Make a report to the Board of Directors Meeting
b.       Planning and implementing practical needs-based student recruitment departments
c.        Execute instructions received from time to time.


ADVICE FOR UNDERGRADUATES SEEKING 
THE SAME CAREER PATH  

: she suggested we must have a CGPA of 3.00 and above. Furthermore, we must be fluent and intelligent communication. Additionally, do not be too choosy as to start from scratch allows us to learn a lot about the work. Next, let's willing for exhibitions outside the district or state. Not only willing to seek employment in residential areas only.  Malay saying goes, "Do you want a thousand forces, do not want a thousand excuses"
