We were given an assignment to interview. Interviews are one
of the reasons cause students difficulty getting a job. This is because for an
interview, we should have a lot of confidence and is always ready for every
question. Furthermore, the lecturers were divided into two sessions of training
sessions and the actual interview to scoring. In the first session, we were
given directions to form several groups to make the interview process. It is to
train students to become familiar with the interview process before the actual
interview when we want to apply later work. During the interview process
progresses, it is very difficult because of the lack of preparation.
Nervousness often haunts me. Therefore, at the second session, I made the best
of the previous session. I am more prepared and nervousness is always there.
The answer must be unique and can attract the interest of interviewer to hear
it. So, maybe we can get the job.
