Our
lecturer, Sir Ghazali has been conducted group job interview in class for two
weeks. This is really amazing experiences as I have a chance to interview other
students and interviewed by other students at same time. I have learnt that
it’s really difficult to answer job interview questions when we do not prepare
for it earlier. We should predict the questions that we may get and prepare the
answer accordingly. In real job interview, we obviously need to prepare a lot such
as gathering some information about the organization, about the job and have a
clear picture of our own KSA. I also get to know that good dressing is vital
for any job interview in order to create a good first impression. Overall, we
need to be confidents in answering question but not over confident. If we are
stressed or nervous, it might be spoil our job interview.
